Tesla has acknowledged FSD Beta software issues that may cause crashes with some 2016-2023 Model S/X, 2017-2023 Model 3, and 2020-2023 Model Y vehicles, and is issuing a recall notice to fix them. According to the NHTSA, FSD Beta may act erratic on intersections and cause speeding as well.
