The new iPad of the 10th generation offers a reworked design that is identical to that of the current iPad Air. While it also shares many other characteristics of the sibling model, there are also some technical compromises. However, this still results in a hefty price increase compared to the predecessor.

no temporal dithering?
Then WHY can you see flickering just watching the video on this?
Also othervpeople have been checking this and DO find temporal dithering ?

There was a flickering issue around 5 months ago across several iPad models on iOS 17 beta release, it was fixed in release candidate. Don't opt in to beta if you can't stand bugs.
