MediaTek is rumored to launch the Dimensity 2000 as its next-gen 5G flagship SoC. Now, the latest word on this chipset is that it might be announced prior to 2022 as a processor based on a 4 nanometer (nm) architecture, not to mention ARM v9. Therefore, it is now projected to offer a serious challenge to the likes of Qualcomm's own next top-end mobile processor.
