Compared to what? Dolphin doesn't have a competitor, so there's nothing "stronger" than it. Taking your laziness and lack of critical thinking skills into consideration, I'd say any opinion you hold on this emulator is invalid.

The Wii U menu is listed on the compatibility page because it's actually a Wii OS app on the Wii U's virtual Wii that would reboot your Wii U console back into the Wii U OS.

The Dolphin emulator hit a major milestone this week: every game that could run on the original Wii can now boot in Dolphin. Keep in mind that this does not mean every title runs perfectly, but it does mean that every game can boot.
