A lot of phones don't even have usb 3.0 connection, still stuck with usb 2.0 speed (like xiaomi's phones). I doubt this will matter since most phones that has video out from usb already has a desktop feature.

Another point, Android needs to incentive apps to allow user saving files in folder and subfolders of their choosing, also easy access with favorite folders. AI could be used for something useful here.
