I just made a quick search for "moon phase digital watch" on Aliexpress.  Results returned full luxury analog watch with moon phase for 60% the price of the Casio...  What a rip-off!  When I was in high school, my Casio scientific calculator with editable equation line died within a year!

Casio's new MTPM305MC-8AV and MTPM305MC-1AV watches are now available in the US, with stainless-steel cases, moon phase dials, and a mesh strap. They are both priced at $120.
