I find that odd, especially considering the Oppo Find X8 Pro (which is essentially the same device with the exception of 1 lens and processor) is receiving 5 years of major OS updates and 6 years of security updates.
Perhaps it's additional software development time they don't want to spend on a modified version of ColourOS. The AI studio is even missing on the OnePlus and yet present on the Oppo, both global EU versions.
Nope, 4 years is an insult for a flagship, yet again showing the Chinese are out of touch. Such a shame, but I'll go with either Scamsung, Google or Apple for my next phone. Maybe they'll come to their senses with OnePlus 14/14R
The OnePlus 13 is now globally available, featuring flagship features for $900. Buyers also get an optional gift in the form of the OnePlus Watch 2 or the OnePlus Buds Pro 3, which represents strong value for money. OnePlus has now commented on update support and a practical "Find My Device" feature.
