Cool story but doesn't matter when there won't be any laptops using these chips.

We already had the 7945HX3D CPU, but there was only one ASUS model using it. These chips could handily beat Intel 10x over but won't matter if they are just not available.

All AMD X3Ds are sold out, there are no products in stores, I don't understand why AMD doesn't increase production when it is the most desired product right now to build a PC
I hope the same doesn't happen with the Ryzen 9 9955HX3D, although it looks like it will also sell out in the first few minutes of its launch, it's one of the things I don't understand on AMD's part and the same thing happens with laptops, in stores out of 10 laptops there is only one or two with AMD.

The other stuff which they do, yes. Quality over quantity. Plus it is Sunday across most of our little planet. I love Casio watches, G-Shock especially, and the last few articles about them, all less than 24 hours old, are all rumours. I love laptops, obviously, and most of those articles since yesterday are rumours and leaks, like this exact one here. It is getting boring. I wish there was filter like flairs on Reddit, so it would be easier to filter out some stuff. Again, no disrespect to the authors.

"Rumour", "leak", "speculation", and the whole following army...
No disrespect to anyone around here but at this point you can rename the whole site to gossipcheck.net, as that's about 50% of all content around here lately, including this article.

A recent tidbit shared by a prominent leaker has revealed that Intel's Arrow Lake-HX might not bring significant improvements to the table. This might make OEMs turn to AMD's upcoming "Fire Range" chips, including the rumored Ryzen 9 9955HX3D for the true desktop-replacement laptops that refuse to settle for less.
