Were there 'positive outcomes'? Sure, in less than %50 with many of the 'positives' being less than %20 (some were %5).
The biggest issue is none of these test the real issue with basic income. That is inflation. It doesn't take a study to know if people have more access to money, it will lead to overall positive results. The problem is that when everyone has access to that money but no value was created, it just devalues the money. And unless every single person gets such a check, there is no way to test the inflation factor.
Of course 100 years from now where everything is run by machines, something like basic income may be a must. Maybe even currency will seize to have meaning. But any time within the next decade or 2, basic income is misguided and likely to fail if scaled.
