The homage to the historically ubiquitous yellow cab ( vs the black limousine ) is obvious as a future trademark color for cybercab ...
The need to belittle all things Elon/Tesla as as "controversial/contentious... or unrealistic"... makes most "news reports" transparently editorial fluff.

...meanwhile, Tesla's stock price is up 67%, sales are almost 2 million units this year and Elon is laughing all the way to the bank at the haters.
