That never happened. If you actually watched the entire thing, and not a short clip out of context.

Trump blocked Nord Stream 2, which then Biden allowed. Biden then said if this happens, approval for Nord stream 2 will be cancelled. The reporter than asks how Biden plans to cancel it as the agreement was between Russia and Germany, not the US. To which Biden says "We" will cancel it, referring that this isn't a US only decision but US and Germany. Nord stream 2 was never operational.

There was no mention of getting rid of any Nord stream pipelines.

They raided his supporters homes, cut electricity to his home. The US is the one  interfering in elections around the world, if a candidate does not further their agenda, they cancel them.

Russia most definitely interfered in Romanian elections, they would be crazy not to. Now if you want to argue how much impact such interference had in the big picture is a different story.

A populist candidate won the majority and elections were canceled. It's simple. There is no democracy in Romania right now.. zero.
