The iPhone 16 Pro Max has made it to #3 in Canalys' latest analysis of the best-selling smartphones in the Chinese market over the third quarter of 2024 (3Q2024). Then again, the new Apple flagship was kept off the #2 spot by a device worth about 14% of its price at launch. Other OEMs such as Huawei and Redmi also had only 1 smartphone each on the new list.
