Milwaukee does not support the heated jacket/vest that has numerous electrical defects. The rep. at Home Drpot hides when found sends you on a wild goose chase to the area service store that will not help for an expensive defect nor Home Depot that sells this knowingly.

I bought this jacket from HomeDepot withthe "New Technology" for $260.  I barely tell I had the heater turned on.  I then did some more research to find many people lexperiencing the same.  I ended up buying a vest from another company where I could not leave it on the hotest setting it got so hot.  Very disappointed with this product.  I have lots of Milwaukee tooling and love them.  I hear the earlier models were better.

My wife has one of these in a vest and loves it except for one thing, the M12 battery is good sized, bulky, and weighs quite a bit. The good news is the batteries last a long time and we have plenty around the house. I have one of the older models and it's a great working jacket.  She doesn't wear her vest for long periods like I do my jacket and liked her other heated vests with dedicated batteries that were much lighter, but with less battery life. Sadly, when their batteries went, so did the vest which is why I got her this one. Just mentioning it so folks are aware, I would probably have gotten her the coat had I thought about it.
