Electric cars in Europe are very expensive, almost twice as much as in the US, and they do not work. Sales are minimal and repairs are very expensive, hence the losses, and the population sees this and it is not yet time to buy an electric car, at least in Europe.
Carlos Tavares, the CEO of Stellantis, has resigned effective immediately. The fourth largest car company has had a rough year which has resulted in the board parting ways with the CEO and setting up an interim head until a new CEO is chosen.
