Making money is the goal of any corporation or person. It's no different than you or me. When you look for a job, do you leave money on the table?  Or assuming two job offers are equal in all other respects, would you choose the one that will pay you more or less money?

That's why the greed argument is pointless. It's human nature. Everyone is greedy and trying to get the most they can for their products or services. Nvidia has no competition so it can pretty much charge what the market will bear and get it. Unless you're willing to settle for the performance AMD or Intel offer, you pay what Nvidia wants.

Lenovo's Product Manager shared on Weibo that Nvidia will continue to supply the RTX 4050 Laptop GPU to manufacturers even after releasing the RTX 5050 Laptop. This is because the latter will aim to be within a higher pricing tier.
