OnePlus might have good camera hardware but so far they have been miserable on software processing. Until they can improve this they will always be miles behind, Apple, Samsung and Google for IQ.
The OnePlus 13 is yet to be announced for the global market, but it's selling well in China. It sports a capable Hasselblad camera setup but was missing a macro feature at launch, which the phone has just received with a software update.
