Hello, nice article. I would like to add some clarity to three things that were written.


One: The Model 3 is more expensive because the rear window extends all the way to the roof like a panoramic roof.

Two: Paint Protection Film is not an "easy to install" diy product.

Three: Regarding the ir heat rejection values. Assuming the ir specs are correct, you were correct in stating the ir heat rejection numbers for the standard and mid-grade films, but when stating the top performing film spec, you stated 96% heat rejection, as opposed to saying "ir heat rejection". The two are very different statements.

To clarify, the ir / infrared rays, account for only about 53% of the heat producing wavelengths. So, even if it can reject 100% of the ir wavelength which starts at about 780nm, you're only blocking about half of the heat. As long as you're stating the IR heat rejection value, you're delivering the proper info. Without the "IR" and only stating that number as heat rejection, you are now feeding readers to the wolves.
