You are comparing things without taking context into consideration. Comparing Xe 96EU to Vega 8 it's pretty similar in performance. And the 660M is on par with both of them but it's a lower tier GPU. So the 680M beats them all easily. Raptor Lake mobile will probably stay at 96EUs so if AMD wins graphics no matter what and if they upgrade to RDNA3 for Ryzen 7000 Mobile they just destroy Intel in graphics. Pretty much all gaming handhelds rely on Ryzen APUs with Intel nowhere to be found just as a hint 😉
