Work Louder, the company behind premium-priced mechanical keyboards and creator-specific peripherals has come under fire for poor build quality and lacklustre quality control after the release of the first customer batch of its first proper mechanical keyboard. To add insult to injury, the company also seemingly outright refuses to issue refunds to customers who no longer want their orders fulfilled after hearing the negative feedback.
