why "few blacks" develop AI?
exactly? is that all you were interested in the new technology?

For me I would confine A.I or machine learning to video games and research in medicines that's all,it would be tough to house in in those areas or better yet set the parameters to only work in those field without it unintentionally spilling into human creativity like writing an essay for a medicinal research a scientist is putting out,or creating a video game so interactive and life-like users become addictive.

Regulations, and checks definitely is needed in this new field,like what's in place when it comes to nuclear weapons.

And oh I won't mind a video games that has the NPCs powered by A.I or machine learning.
