It's probably in AMD's best interest to present the Zen 5 3D variants sooner than later so as to not have Zen 4 3D chips cannibalizing the gaming sales...
Though... They're going to be selling their own chips anyway, so they probably don't care if it's an older chip if margins are similar.
They might bring Zen 5 3D when (if) Intel actually manages to catch up with AMD.
I am very clear that my next gaming PC will be an AMD and even more so when I have seen the serious problems that the Intel Core 13 and Intel Core 14 chips suffer and waiting to see what happens with the Intel Core 15.
