9600X is not the same as 9600X3D, which hasn't been launched yet.

The AMD Ryzen 5 7600X3D is expected to release in September as a 6-core Zen 4 CPU with 3D V-Cache. The possible price of the chip has leaked and, if true, it could spell trouble for the Ryzen 5 9600X.
