I feel like every article about Unihertz phones should include a disclaimer that they basically don't do software updates at all. The Jelly Star might have been a good fit for one of my kids who wants something tiny, something to fit in a pocket. But everybody on Reddit says they just launch one device then move the whole team over to work on the next one, you don't even get security updates. Can't make a daily driver out of that...
Unihertz is launching a new smartphone onto the market, the Jelly Max. Although quite compact, the smartphone aims to impress with decent features, reasonable battery life and fast charging.
