Qualcomm's upcoming snapdragon 8 Gen 4 will be a significant upgrade over snapdragon 8 Gen 3 since it'll be going from the 4nm node process to the 3nm node process. And it's a good thing for Qualcomm since it'll be competing against Media Tek dimensity 9400 and Apple A18 pro both of which will also be on the 3nm node process. Where there's fierce competition, Qualcomm has done quite well historically.

Observe this video - ( TechDroider ) ONEPLUS 12 Genshin Impact Gaming Test with FPS Data!

Observe the frames per second, temperature, and all other relevant factors.

The OnePlus 12 device achieved a consistent frame rate of 60 to 62 F.P.S. when running the game Genshin Impact.

In addition, the system's performance was exceptionally high, reaching a frame rate of 62 F.P.S.

He did not utilize the " Adaptive Frame Booster " feature, which enabled him to achieve a frame rate of 120 FPS.

Achieving a frame rate of 62 FPS is not feasible in a device that is experiencing throttling.

The performance varies based on the device and its compatibility with the processor.

The OnePlus 12 is equipped with a specialized gaming processor, which is easily comprehensible.

The IQOO 12 is widely recognized for its outstanding gaming prowess.

I am specifically referring to the OnePlus 12, not the Samsung S24 Ultra.

Making judgments about all Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 8 Generation 3 smartphones based solely on the gaming of one device is not a fair assessment.

Occasionally, even a properly functioning phone encounters similar circumstances.

Samsung S24 Ultra - Genshin Impact, PUBG & Fortnite Gaming Test! - OVERHEATING + BATTERY DRAIN! ( TechDroider )

- A video featuring the Samsung S24 Ultra playing Genshin Impact reveals that the highest recorded temperature was 39.5° Celsius.

The video you presented depicted a temperature of 57° Celsius.

Other factors contribute to why certain smartphones generate more heat while others remain cool.

The excessive throttling and compromised performance probably resulted from this specific reason, as it is not a typical occurrence.

Avoid generalizing your assumption by referring to it as " everyone ".

None of them adheres to your erroneous information.

It is widely recognized ( everyone ) that Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 8 Generation 3 is very capable of gaming and exhibits superior performance in managing throttling compared to Bionic A17 Pro.

Apple smartphones are experiencing throttling, performance degradation, battery drainage, green screen glitches, and lagging problems.

It is widely recognized that often.

I have been utilizing the OnePlus 12 for intensive gaming and video exporting tasks, and I have not encountered any significant problems with overheating.

However, there has been occasional mild heating in certain instances, which is a common occurrence in all smartphones.

I would agree with you if my OnePlus 12 had significant overheating, however, that is not occurring in the slightest.

Thanks to its larger vapour chamber cooling system, my device remains cool most of the time.

To enhance performance, utilize a game cooler, which I currently employ.

Look at fps counter, android zombie

8gen3 is powerful for first 3 minutes and then it throttles, everyone knows that.

Yeah right, 10 hours of doing nothing with zero calls.

The OnePlus 12 is capable of running Genshin Impact at a consistent 120 FPS, thanks to its advanced " Pixelworks X7 Gaming Processor ", which offers twice the frame rate compared to the Apple A17 Pro.

I also achieve a steady 120 FPS in Battlegrounds Mobile India.

Refrain from leaving biased and inaccurate reviews here.

It seems that you are simply unable to accept factual information ( iSheep ).

I have snapdragon 8 in my device.  It will easily do 10+ hours of screen on time and last two full days.

They claim "better than iPhone" GPU already in gen3, but in reality can't even run Genshin at stable 60fps.
