But at the same time, real performance in PL1 mode is simply shameful after 4 years compared to Zen2...

This is a joke
$800 for an Intel Core 7 150U + Intel Iris Graphics with which it is impossible to play AAA games and render 3D, CAD, CAM and only 16GB of RAM this computer in a year is dead and devalued by half if $400. Seriously, no one in their right mind would buy this laptop with such specs.

Save yourself some money by going with a refreshed Raptor Lake model instead of Meteor Lake or Zen 4. The IdeaPad Slim 5 16 is almost as basic as it gets but in a reliable and focused sort of way.
