Rule of thumb. If the peripheral / component initial price is priced around, or even worse, more than the unit that it needs to power it... RUNAWAY FAST!

Sony has slashed the price of its PS VR 2 headset by as much as $200. You can now buy it for just $349 on select platforms. Connecting it to a PC will require an extra adaptor that launches on August 7.
