I was one of the affected people of this recall and Baseus completely forgot about making their recall website valid for users worldwide. It requests a US phone number and US real home address. I was able to process a refund through Amazon even though they tried to force me to send them the defective battery through post multiple times, something that's completely illegal in my country.

Baseus is recalling several power banks. The affected models can overheat, which can result in fires in the worst case scenario. Owners are advised to stop using them immediately and contact the manufacturer.
