Finally, well sort of...

In the US the full sized Starlink dish (with or without discounts) roaming costs are $150USD a month.

The MiniDish can use a $50USD a month 50GB limited roaming plan.

However -

Starlink currently WON'T ALLOW current owners of the larger kit to use the mini-dish service plan. Existing customers who wish to make use of the $50USD a month service plan HAVE TO plunk down another $599USD for a minidish to use the less expensive service plan.

(BTW: a quick peek at my Home Internet use is <35GB a month)

:)

If there was a Chinese alternative, it would include own battery and adapter to mount it on anything too. Exactly what this needs to be portable...
Maybe they will realize or read this and add this as an option at least.

Elon Musk has reposted a video in which the new $599 Starlink Mini Kit with built-in Wi-Fi router is running in the middle of a corn field off of a Milwaukee battery.
