I think this article fails to communicate that the new Intel Ultra Series 2 chips are claimed to be crazy efficient in terms of performance per watt (supposedly surpassing even the new Snapdragon X ARM processors), so these benchmarks without TDPs are underwhelming, as other commenters have noted. You can't say they are "impressive" without the much needed context.

where is the "impressive Geekbench debut" if its lag behind by 2000 point? :D
Mr.Anel... please .

The multi-core performance of the Core Ultra 7 256V is quite impressive for a CPU with 4P and 4E cores, falling behind the flagship Strix Point by only ~2,000 points. With this phrase the editor wanted to justify Intel's disaster, it is a shame how Intel is deceiving its buyers and Intel has been behind AMD for 5 generations. Intel loses in CPU, NPU, iGPU

Very bad, Intel just debuted and is being surpassed by AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 with single-core performance record for a portable CPU in Geekbench. It seems that Intel's problems with its 13 and 14 gen continue this year with the 15 gen LunarLake.
Intel is left behind in laptops both in CPU, NPU, iGPU. I wonder what is happening to Intel, it has already been releasing REFRITS for 4 consecutive years and being surpassed by the competition.

Two of Intel's upcoming CPUs, the Core Ultra 7 268V and Core Ultra 7 256V, have shown up on Geekbench. Both SKUs highlight excellent single-core performance comparable to AMD's Strix Point.
