I think this article fails to communicate that the new Intel Ultra Series 2 chips are claimed to be crazy efficient in terms of performance per watt (supposedly surpassing even the new Snapdragon X ARM processors), so these benchmarks without TDPs are underwhelming, as other commenters have noted. You can't say they are "impressive" without the much needed context.

The multi-core performance of the Core Ultra 7 256V is quite impressive for a CPU with 4P and 4E cores, falling behind the flagship Strix Point by only ~2,000 points. Very bad, Intel just debuted and is being surpassed by AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 with single-core performance record for a portable CPU in Geekbench. It seems that Intel's problems with its 13 and 14 gen continue this year with the 15 gen LunarLake.
