Amazon is making "Rufus" available in-app to all US customers starting July 12. Launched in February, Rufus is Amazon's AI-powered assistant that can act as a virtual shopping companion, is able to answer users' questions about products and their orders, assist with comparisons between different items, and provide personalized recommendations.
