I seriously doubt they'd put out a watch with a hacked off screen like that and massive text on the face. Reminds me of the Forerunner 235 with parts of the screen just cut off and large button labels, but we've moved on since 2015 and I don't expect to see such elements return in new watches. If this has any credence at all, then it's a very early, basic prototype.
Only a few days have passed since the first details about the Garmin Fenix E and Fenix 8 leaked online. Nonetheless, it seems that the company is also preparing to deliver a new mid-range smartwatch model that has reputedly been pictured, which will replace the Instinct 2 as the Instinct 3.
