TARRAN is a start-up that claims it can solve the main drawback of using a cargo e-bike as an alternative to a car. Its "intelligent" landing gear are touted to deploy automatically to save the T1 Pro if it starts to tip over, thereby keeping it and its up to 485lb of estimated total payload comfortably balanced on the road.
