It's interesting that no reviews mention the hinge problem.
Are they all paid advertisements?
My current laptop is a 2018 Envy X360 13, and it has held exceptionally well, so am considering this one (but with a Ryzen 8640HS).
Battery life is the biggest tradeoff with this laptop on paper, it's not very efficient SOC (Ryzen included), the screen is OLED 3k 120hz and the battery is small.

Now I am not so sure, have to corroborate the hinge issue.

The hinges are exceptionally weak. The screen easily wobbles itself backward when walking with the laptop open. The screen has difficulty maintaining its angled position when using the touchscreen or if you have to adjust (i.e. move) the laptop for any reason on a surface. There is also screen wobble when typing and all of this was with  brand new, never before used units fresh from the manufacturer.

Another observation - the center of gravity (weight distribution) is off. The laptop will tilt backward and off a surface if you extend the screen too much. Best Buy compensates for this by placing display models on a magnetized surface to keep them stable when hyper extending the displays.

Along with all these problems, the Core Ultra 7 155U chip is not enough for long longevity of the laptop, a 10nm+++ processor that heats up and consumes much more energy, absolutely no, I had 2 Intel laptops, one from the 13gen and another with the Core Ultra 7 155U and I do not recommend it to anyone.
