The problem is a bit more complex though, if their target market is the budget GPU market, they aren't chipping nvidia, they are chipping AMD. The end result would be AMD having less budget to compete with Nvidia
It wouldn't be so bad if Intel aimed for top end or Nvidia was more even with AMD in terms of share. But as-is, unfortunately it isn't helping take down Nvidia, the opposite, it helps them
