Atari has bought the Intellivision brand and over 200 game rights from Intellivision Entertainment LLC, the current intellectual property holder. This allows Atari to continue selling and developing classic Atari and Intellivision games. Intellivision Entertainment LLC has been focused on developing the next-generation Amico game console, and it will rebrand as it continues to do so.
