Mir wird immer klarer, dass ich MINISFORUM V3 mit 1 TB = 1.300 € mit künstlicher XDNA-Intelligenz und mit fast 1 Million verkauften Einheiten in nur 2 Monaten kaufen werde, ein Erfolg in YouTube-Kommentaren und in sozialen Netzwerken für professionelle Computer.
Und möglicherweise werden diese Produkte wie MINISFORUM V3 den Preis noch weiter senken und in ein paar Monaten mit der Einführung von AMD Zen 5 auf nur 1.000 US-Dollar sinken. Die Zukunft liegt in der Mobilität und Tablets sind mit neuen kleineren Prozessoren, niedrigeren Temperaturen und höherer Effizienz auf den Markt gekommen und zusammen mit NPUs ist künstliche Intelligenz der beste Weg, das Beste daraus zu machen.

So that's your problem with less than 4K resolution. I'm primarily working in 1080p on a 15.6" notebook (pretty low for your standards) and there are mostly no issues with text rendering in Chrome. Maybe you are referring to grayscale text smoothing because you are working on Linux? But most Linux desktops also support subpixel antialiasing via font hinting (aka Cleartype). On Windows there's support for Cleartype in Chrome, of course. And it looks nearly always great. Except when some 'cool' UX designers using a retina-style Mac to design their webpage and include some web fonts which don't support hinting at all. They look fine on higher dpi screens but rather crappy on lower ones. Fortunately, web font loading can be circumvented in those cases.

4K still doesn't make much sense in notebooks, they suck too much battery power... but you can choose your display yourself for this Lenovo device, the also have a 4k model.

For such a wild price for a completely ordinary and already outdated config, it should have 64GB of RAM and 4TB SSD from the factory.

I don't like that temperatures are measured at 21-22C, this is abnormal and not comfortable for home. Typical temperature is 24-25C. It is at this room temperature that operating temperatures should be measured, and they will undoubtedly increase significantly. This means there is no value in the data in the temperature review.

Again, I'm already tired of the fact that the authors of all reviews on NB stupidly write about the presence of an HDMI2.1 port, although any version can be hidden under it nameplate courtesy of scammers from the HDMI consortium. It is necessary to check support for FRL6 mode and if it is not there, the port cannot be called 2.1. Because the majority of naive consumers in the world believe that the 2.1 nameplate means 48Gbps, but here there is probably no sign of it.

Well, again, I'll point out that using such a laptop while lying on sofas and beds, reclining, resting with full performance from the power supply for right-handed people will be a problem - the USB-C power plug sticks out perpendicular to the case in this series and is easily broken by feet.

RJ45 with antique 1Gbps 25 years ago is a disgrace. There should be at least 5Gbps in 2024.

Overall, the result is a rather mediocre laptop, which can only be of interest at a price of around 900-1000 euros. If purchasing managers are not corrupt and do not receive kickbacks in large companies from sellers/Lenovo, it is unlikely that an adequate purchasing manager will agree to spend so much money on a model that is obviously outdated in performance and extremely limited in upgrades.

Vorhandene Geräte kann ich mir aber nicht konfigurieren, das ist ja gerade eine der Stärken bei Bestellungen direkt bei Lenovo, ganz zu schweigen von den möglichen Rabatten... von Firmenkunden ganz zu schweigen (es ist ein Business-Gerät). Auf der Webseite ist entsprechend ein großer Balken zu sehen: "Mobilfunkkonfiguration nicht mehr in Deutschland erhältlich", von temporär steht da nichts.

Vorhandene Gerät im Handel mit WWAN dürfen weiterhin ausgeliefert werden, genau wie WWAN ready Modelle. Gehört meines Erachtens aber auch nicht in den Test rein, weil es mit dem Gerät an sich nix zu tun hat und wahrscheinlich auch nur temporär so ist.

Wegen dem Sleep-Mode ist uns bisher kein Problem aufgefallen, das Gerät ist aber noch da, also ist es möglich da nochmal zu schauen.

Wann habt ihr das Gerät denn erworben? Lenovo darf in Deutschland wegen einer Patentklage ja keine Geräte mit Mobilfunk bzw. LTE oder 5G mehr ausliefern... der Kunde hat den Schaden! Sollte daher klar als Negativpunkt in den Test rein.

Das Gerät hatte ich bereits letztes Jahr im Auge, weil es (bis auf das vergleichsweise hohe Gewicht für ein Gerät mit iGPU) ziemlich genau meinen Anforderungen entspricht, schön dass es nun endlich mal einen Test dazu gibt.

Aber was der andere Nutzer da schon wieder schreibt, ist ja eher Besorgniserregend😮. Könnt ihr das mal aufklären? Wäre ja nicht das erste Lenovo-Debakel in Kombination mit AMD.

Hat dieses Modell auch das Absturz-Problem im Energiesparmodus?

Bei meinem T16s Gen 2 AMD Ryzen 7 stürzt Windows nach einiger Zeit im Energiesparmodus ab (z.B. nach dem Zuklappen , im zugeklappten Zustand tritt der Absturz dann nach wenigen Stunden auf). Das Problem ist laut Minidump-Dateien dabei immer das WLAN-Modul. Beim Aufklappen bootet der Rechner dann neu.

Bei mir wurde erst drei Mal das komplette Mainboard getauscht (weil das WLAN-Modul angelötet ist), danach habe ich einen ganz neuen Laptop erhalten. Immer das gleiche Problem, auch beim neuen Laptop. Type 21K9 0009GE

Gekauft im September 2023, bis heute keine Problemlösung. Unfassbar für ein Business-Notebook...
