Real, highly qualified developers are very conservative people, because they don't need all this junk, but they need a stable working environment. The new is used only if it is all really extremely beneficial in everyday development processes or the old environment has completely exhausted itself.

Usually all this is used only by 1st-2nd year students who have nothing to lose...
