So, the article itself is like a click-bait lol.
The title says UI is blamed for this slowness, then at the end of article it contribute this idea. hmmmmmm

The thing is, on all Samsung phones maybe also other brands, the speed goes fast until a specific percentage then it goes slow. nothing new.

Users in Samsung's community forums are reporting that the One UI 6.1 update has throttled the charging speed of their phones. Two of such reports claim a sharp 40% reduction. However, in a test, Sammobile's Samsung Galaxy S23 charged just fine after the update.
