Hatsumi and Monobanda has held the world premiere of its SoulPaint VR project at South by Southwest 2024. This body mapping experience allowed participants to explore their own bodies and express lived experiences and emotions through art drawn in 3D VR on virtual representations of the self. The project explores the combination of tech, medicine, and art for healing and self-exploration.
