I'd say it doesn't.
Personally I'd love it if Xiaomi would do it, but I'm sure most people change phones when they only need a battery replacement, so Xiaomi takes advantage of that "planned obsolescence".

very first thing you do when you get anything samsung: disable super fast charging, disable fast charging, disable wireless fast charging, enable 80% battery limit.
dont even know if xiaomi lets you disable this battery killer at all
