Over the years Media Tek has narrowed the gap in competing with Qualcomm which is good for technology and the consumer. However, with Qualcomm currently being the more established and reputable chip manufacturer vs Media Tek, for now I prefer the 8 Gen 3 over dimensity 9300 even though the latter is also great. And with rising technology it's possible Media Tek could eventually leapfrog over Qualcomm, we'll just have to wait and see what unfolds in the coming years.
