The PG32UCDP uses an Gen 3 MLA WOLED panel whereas the PG32UCDM uses a Gen 3 QD-OLED panel.

It's second gen like all the unveiled ces 2024 qd oled monitors, third gen are expected next year with up to 3000 nits

ASUS has lifted the lid on the ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDP, a new gaming monitor built around a third-generation QD-OLED panel. As expected, the PG32UCDP offers 4K/240 Hz and 1080p/480 Hz display modes, one of two gaming monitors to support this feature alongside the LG UltraGear OLED 32GS95UE.
