Well, I don't have this black view that you're talking about specifically. but I own 2 black view phones and if you broke that screen you had to been doing something very rough. I have a autistic child who throws phones from every height. Concrete wood it does not matter. And I have never even got a scratch on either one of my phones.  . the only issue that I have WI the blackview phones. Is that when the charging port is broke, the phone cannot be fixed because they have to come from the front of the phone. Other than that, these are some of the best phones there is. It has been thrown in the toilet. It has been dropped from every height onto a scratch. One. they say you can even wash it once in the wash machine and it will not ruin the phone. It is a very sturdy phone. It is military grade phones. now. AT&T does not support these phones, so you cannot use it if you have AT&T.  But the phone's themselves are wonderful.

Blackview while pretty good I've had the experience of breaking my screen on a BV9600 and Blackview themselves are unable to provide me with a replacement screen making the phone useless. Poor customer service and lack of replacement parts is why I would advise everyone to stay away from Blackview phones.

You'll regret buying it after it breaks with all your personal data. They don't provide any utilities to help with a broken screen either, so please heed my advice stay away from Blackview until they provide better support for their hardware

You are the joke.

A phone that has no presence whatsoever in Australia, that no one has ever heard of. But hey hypocrite I'm sure you own one.

Blackview being a profitable and successful business shows that its not a joke, people buying this, Verty or Caviar are free to spend their money the way they like.
