Parts are only one part of the equation.

I hit a deer a while back and parts were only about $500, however the labor to remove all parts and reinstall took about 10 hours.

If you need to replace a gigacast..how many labor hours?

This could mean a "small" repair is over $10,000 I'm hoping it's not the case..but who knows.

Also I'm curious about the metal matching when replacing one section.

Not only has Tesla positioned the Cybertruck as a rugged workhorse that is surprisingly easy to service, but it obviously wants to keep it surprisingly cheap to maintain, too. As far as parts are concerned, there is nothing exorbitant in Tesla's pricing.
