Bit click-baitey... Calling a $16,000 thing a $500 thing. You could have said that the deposit was $500 - and that the paltry range "extender" costs more than most cars

Tesla is using a $16,000 range extender to hit the promised 'up to 500 miles of range' on the Cybertruck, and still keep its price below the tax credit limit. Unfortunately, the range extender release date seems to be closer to 2025 than 2023.
