Ebon Upton is CEO of Raspberry Pi Limited, not the raspberry Pi foundation. The foundation is a charity that aims to help young people code, and is not the manufacturer of Raspberry Pi hardware.

Scarse availability of Pi4 and even more scarse of future of Pi5 put existence
and future of this foundation at risk.

Raspberry Pi Foundation CEO and co-founder Eben Upton has confirmed that new Raspberry Pi devices will be available in 2024. Supposedly, the Foundation plans to deliver successors to the RP2040 microcontroller and Raspberry Pi 4 Compute Module with various upgrades over their current models.
