The US smartphone market grew by just over 20% in the third quarter of 2023 compared to the second, according to the latest industry research. This up-tick was attributed to the launch of the latest iPhone 15 series, which accounted for no less than 34% of Apple's entire handset business in the country for that quarter. Then again, the OEM's shipments failed to recover compared to their performance in 2022.
