Hyper OS is just MIUI rebranded so Xiaomi can unify the name for theit software used on phones, tablets, fitness devices, smart watches, etc. Despite claims that this is a new OS built from the ground up it's the same base code as MIUI so phone owners aren't going to notice any more difference than they would with a new MIUI build. Maybe Xiaomi felt left out since Huawei is rolling out HarmonyOS globally.
After launching its new Android skin, HyperOS, weeks ago alongside the Xiaomi 14 series in China, information has now surfaced online pertaining to Xiaomi's plans for the global rollout of its new software, with nine of its premium smartphones set to lead the way.
