Forgetting for the moment the question on if these 'ultra' CPU's are intended to be 'ultra low power' OR 'ultra performance' I'll question why on earth the 'ultra 9' is being compared to a AMD '7' series or how these parts match up against 'low end' parts is at all interesting.

IMHO: the real $64 question is why has Team Blue NOT included any 'ARC' dies on ANY of their recent CPU offerings?

A new leak says only Intel Core Ultra 5 and Ultra 7 Meteor Lake processors will be launched later this year. Laptops with the top-spec Core Ultra 9 chips are scheduled for a 2024 launch.
