Why bother buying Iphone 15 pro max with this battery problem. Is Iphone going to fix this problem?

I spent 40 minutes walking round the Apple shop handling every one of the 15s line up.All of them felt warm with two of the pro max's being quite hot.I did the same thing in the Samsung shop on the S23s without a problem..

I sure the game is capped at 60fps so it's at least keeping better stability with the framerate. Probably not an accurate portrayal of the speed increase.

I tried to play the console grade game Pascal's Wager on iPhone 14 Pro Max. It runs well until after less than ten minutes the phone would gets too hot that the screen dims to a point where you cannot see properly. It's useless. I would never do serious gaming on iPhones. The thermal dissipation is poor so no matter how hard they advertise it. It's not gonna work. Well I can spend $15 bucks or less for a thermal case with a fan on it but then what's the point?

One of the biggest improvements in the new iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max is the Apple A17 Pro SoC. Cupertino claims the A17 Pro to be a snappy chip with the ability to even play AAA games a few of which are due to launch next year. However, according to the testing of the iPhone 15 Pro Max by a Chinese reviewer, the phone is one toasty contender resulting in substantial thermal throttling.
